The delivery of goods ordered through the use of the Site is carried out under the conditions described in this section.

Deliveries will be made through the post office or courier companies operating in the country, according to the delivery conditions of the country.

Delivery on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria is free.

The goods ordered by the USER are delivered from 3 to 5 working days from the sending of the order, provided that the delivery address is valid and specified.

The ordered goods are transported in appropriate packaging according to its features and the used transport for delivery.

The ordered goods are delivered to the address indicated by the USER in the order sent by him.

If the USER is not found within the deadline for delivery to the specified address or access and conditions for delivery of the goods are not provided within this period, the order is considered withdrawn and "Shine 86" Ltd. is released from its obligation to complete the delivery.

In case the USER confirms his wish to receive the ordered goods after the expiration of the delivery period, in which he was not found at the address, he bears the costs of the second delivery. The costs for the second delivery are paid upon receipt of the goods, together with the total amount for the order and the costs for the first delivery.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

Shine 86 EOOD has the right to refuse to deliver ordered goods due to technical or organizational reasons. For this refusal an explicit notification is sent to the USER by the e-mail specified by him.
