REPLACEMENT
Transportation costs are at the customer's expense.
Please pack the shipment in its original packaging in order to protect it from contamination or damage during delivery to us.
When we receive the item, we will send you the new item.
RETURN
The consumer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 working days from the date of receipt. For this purpose the product must be in its original packaging, without traces of use or violation of the commercial appearance of the product in accordance with the provisions of Art. 55 (para 1) of the LPPTA.
After inspection within 40 working days (by law) the amount of the buyer is refunded or within 20 working days (by law) the product is replaced.
In case of non-compliance with the conditions, the product is returned to the buyer, who bears all transport costs.
Return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer.
Shipments with returned goods, which due to improper packaging are damaged during transportation, will be returned to the customer at his expense.
Please do not forget to pack carefully and ensure the integrity of the shipment.
1.Replacement or complaint must occur within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
2. Products to be returned or replaced are those that have not undergone any processing (washing, ironing, cutting and other actions that violate their integrity, as well as the removal of labels)
3. The product must be returned to the address of the company and proof of purchase (receipt, invoice) and a completed return / exchange form must be attached to it.
4. The form must be completed correctly and legibly.
All shipments are opened before the amounts are paid back. As soon as we make sure that the shipment meets the specified conditions, the amount will be paid back to you.
In case of non-compliance with the described conditions, the claim will not be considered.
Items that are manufactured specifically for the customer - individual orders, additional production of exhausted items or items with changed color, size, style adjustment are non-refundable. You will receive our full assistance for the additional correction of these items until they become suitable for you.

PLEASE FOLLOW EXACTLY THE INSTRUCTIONS SENT BY US SO THAT WE CAN ACCEPT YOUR SHIPMENT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND YOU CAN RECEIVE THE NEW ITEM ORATU OR ORATIP.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT SHIPMENTS SENT AS STANDARD COURIER SERVICES AT OUR EXPENSE.
